Anupama 24th April 2024 Written Episode Update starts with Yashdeep asking Anupama about the text she has just received but she is anxious to open it.
She checks the text and gets relaxed that Shruti has gained consciousness now and says that the day has started with good news, meaning that the day will be fine.
Meanwhile, Hasmukh sits worried when Leela comes and gives medicines to him, asking him to have them which frustrates Hasmukh as he says that even if he eats poison, then Vanraj will not get satisfaction.
Leela asks him why is he getting angry at the medicines but he gets furious at her, saying that she should tell him that he is doing wrong. She says that Vanraj is thinking for Dimpy’s good and asks Hasmukh to come outside as Prateek is there.
On the other hand, Anuj asks Shruti if she is in pain when she nods her head to yes and Aadya expresses that she is relieved to know that she is fine. Shruti says that she was scared, not of the thought of losing her but of the thought of going far from her and Anuj.
Anupama 24th April 2024 Written Episode Update
She says that it is good that Pari is also fine when they see that Anupama has come to meet Shruti. Before she enters, Aadya sees her and recalls how Anupama chose Pari over her to save during the shoot-out and goes to her.
Anupama tries to enter but she pushes her outside, saying that she has entered the wrong room as she has no one of her own in it. Anupama is taken aback to hear it as she adds that Anupama once again chose Pari to save and left Aadya to die and goes back in again to Shruti.
Anuj is shocked by Aaya’s behavior while Anupama herself backs off, thinking about what happened in the past. She thinks about how Aadya accused her of loving Pari more in the past because she saved her over Aadya and she is doing the same today.
She gets sad when she receives a text on her phone that says that the semi-final round of Superstar Chef is tomorrow with reporting time given. This text makes Anupama anxious as she thinks that she hasn’t prepared anything for the semi-finals and has forgotten all about it due to whatever is going on.
She prays to god to make everything go well tomorrow. At the same time, in India, Vanraj comes to Hasmukh who is extremely disappointed in him, blaming him for not being able to make even a good decision once in 5 years.

He says that Dimpy is the daughter of the house and he must think about her likes and dislikes. He further adds that he wasn’t like this before and asks him to do justice to Dimpy. Meanwhile, Kavya goes to Dimpy’s room and sees that she is talking to Titu as she recalls what Vanraj had said.
Dimpy talks to him and plans her wedding. Back in America, Anupama shifts at KD’s as she tells her that she wants a mate she could live with while she gets flashbacks of how she used to live when she came to America as she thanks god.
