Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 8th April 2024 Written Episode Update starts with Abhira ,sitting in the auto, checking out her list of what she would have done if Armaan had not planned everything and then assures herself that Armaan must have planned something good.
Meanwhile, Manish reaches Poddar’s and asks them where Ruhi is when he gets to know that Ruhi has not returned home yet which makes him ill and he loses his balance.
On the other hand, Abhira reaches the venue and waits for Armaan but is unable to connect to him because he is out there searching for Ruhi.
Concurrently, Ruhi walks on a busy road with no sense as she recalls what happened at the temple when Armaan comes there and pulls her aside shouting at her that someone would have hit her which makes her say why he saved her, and she starts crying as he hugs him.
Subsequently, Abhira waits for Armaan but decides to leave as she can’t hamper her birthday celebration because of his unavailability when a kid behind hits her with a bead which makes her follow him which leads her to a room where there is a picture of Abhira in a room that is decorated.
A lot of kids surround her and she gets to know that Armaan will be there with a cake soon.

On the flip side, Ruhi tells Armaan that she is angry with Maneesh because he was celebrating Akshara’s birthday, knowing very well that she hates her as she is the reason her mother died.
Later, she blames Akshara for losing everyone she loves because of Akshara.
Meanwhile, Abhira wishes that Armaan comes quickly with or without cake when Maneesh comes to the door of the same orphanage where Abhira is with a cake and hands it to the caretaker.
She invites him inside while Abhira also goes outside but finds no one as he has left.
At the same time, Ruhi cries on Armaan’s shoulder when he gets Abhira’s call but she says that if he has some important work then he should cancel them as she can’t be alone today, so he puts the phone aside.

Then, Abhira sees Armaan entering the orphanage as she feels a breeze when he enters and they dance together but it all turns out to be her imagination when a kid gives her phone to her and she leaves in a hurry.
Subsequently, Armaan takes Ruhi to Maneesh telling her that she has the right to get angry with the family members but not to leave them.
She hugs him as he says sorry to her.
She accepts the apology but needs time to calm down.
In the meantime, Abhira is in an auto asking the driver to speed up when she keeps calling Armaam and she gets Armaan’s call but her battery dies.

She reaches the bus stand while Armaan tries to connect to her.
At the same time, Ruhi searches for Armaan but he is not there and she finds his picture.
She holds it saying that whenever she needs him, he is always there and this makes it even harder for her, not to love him.
