Anupama 23rd April 2024 Written Episode Update starts with Anuj talking to the therapist while Aadya sits outside silent and lost which Anupama sees from afar and gets sad. She goes to her while Aadya sleeps and she hugs her which makes her happy and she pampers her too.
Anupama cuddles Aadya and comforts her, recalling the past. Meanwhile, Leela says that they should have been there with them and blames Vanraj for it while they get worried about everyone.
Vanraj says the same thing for Anupama as Toshu did and blames her for breaking Anuj’s and Shruti’s wedding and adds that Anupama must be happy to know that Shruti is injured as the thorn in her life is out now.
Hasmukh shuts him up, saying he is talking rubbish, and asks everyone to pray for Shruti. Back in the hospital, Anuj sees Aadya hugging Anupama while he says that her mind wants to hate her mother but her heart doesn’t agree.

He further thinks tat how will he manage Aadya and Shruti together and if he lacks at some point, their life might get at risk. Anupama thinks that he shouldn’t think about this as he will be able to manage everything and she is there for him.
Anupama returns home while Kinjal asks her to take a rest when Anupama tells her that she will not be staying here from tomorrow and goes to Pari’s room. Kinjal goes to her room when Tishu taunts Anupama Kinjal shouts at Toshu asking her to at least be there for someone when they are sad.
At the same time, Leela returns from the temple after praying for Shruti while Kavya tells everyone that Anupama has returned but isn’t in the stage of talking. Just then, Vanraj receives a call and Kavya becomes suspicious.
On the other hand, Anupama is not able to sleep since she keeps getting nightmares and keeps waking up again and again. Meanwhile, Vanraj seems in tension as Kavya asks him what is the matter when he tells her that someone is coming from the office.
Kavya asks her to tell the truth he asks her to mind her business while Prateek, from his office, comes. He introduces everyone to him and praises a lot about him. He even introduces Dimpy telling him about Dimpy and keeps on praising him.

Kavya says that he likes him a lot and that he wants to get Dimpy married to him. This shocks Hasmukh and Leela as they ask him why he gave false hopes to Dimpy and everyone when he explains his point to them, convincing them that he is right for Dimpy.
Meanwhile, Dimpy is unaware of the situation as Kavya asks him not to make this mistake because she will never let it happen. Meanwhile, Aadya and Anuj go to the hospital and find that Shruti has gained consciousness which makes them happy while Pari questions Kinjal about the shoot-out.
Kinjal pampers her and comforts Pari while Anupama goes to Yashdeep and asks him for a favor, saying that she doesn’t want to stay at Toshu’s as he offers her to live here but she refuses, saying she only needs a recommendation letter. He assures her that he is there for her while Anupama gets a text on her phone.
