Radha Mohan 23rd April 2024 Written Episode Update starts with Yug finding the headache medicine in trash and understands that Radha has lied about eating medicine so she didn’t have a headache. There, Radha listening to the family talks and asks what happened to Manan and worries for him while Manan tells how Mohan saves him.
After that, Radha thinks that why the god is increasing her guilt as she doesn’t want to keep any relationship with Mohan but he saved Manan, in the meantime she slapped Gungun. Just then, Yug comes there while Mohan hears Gungun’s cries and asks her why she is crying, after which Gungun tries to lie but Mohan notices slap mark on her cheek and questions who has slapped her.
When Gungun keeps making excuses for it and doesn’t tell Mohan he figures it out himself that Radha has slapped Gungun so he asked for the reason but as Gungun stays silent, Mohan decides to go and confront Radha.

On the other hand, Radha questions Yug that why he didn’t tell her about Manan’s incident after which Yug counter questions her that why she didn’t tell him why she didn’t eat the medicine. After that, Radha makes an excuse and question Yug again so he states Manan is fine and exergarrating the incident that’s why he didn’t tell her as she would’ve been worried about it.
Further, Pari tries to interrupt but Poonam stops her to prevent Yug’s anger, while Yug asks Radha to go and sleep while he’ll make Manan sleep. Later, he thinks it doesn’t feel like Radha’s excuse was true while Mohan is angrily going to confront Radha for slapping Gungun just then, Gungun stops him and says there is a reason behind her being slapped.
There, Radha feels guilty for slapping Gungun and she says to herself that even though Gungun was wrong she shouldn’t have raised hand on her. After that, she remembers her moments with Gungun while Mohan asks Gungun why she is taking side of Radha, to which Gungun says that she did accident of Radha at the holi party which she gets to know and slapped her.
Meanwhile, Mohan questions Gungun that why she didn’t tell him about it, after which Gungun says that she was scared. However, Mohan goes to confront Radha as he feels raising hand on children isn’t good even after Gungun tries to stop him.
Further, Ajeet says that Radha and Mohan eventually meet if they are destined to be and they can’t do anything to prevent it. There, Mohan comes to Radha who is standing facing back towards Mohan, and he complains about why she slapped Gungun.

Just then, he sees hurt hand of Radha so he understands that even Radha felt bad for slapping Gungun. After that, he asks her to not slap children afterwards and also gives her a tip to make Manan tough to face the world.
Later, he gives her a first aid kit to treat her wound and assures her that he is good man as he feels Radha is uncomfortable with him as she didn’t showed him her face in whole conversation.
On the other hand, Gungun panics saying they are failed to stop Radha and Mohan from meeting each other just then Mohan comes and says Gungun is indeed failed.
