Anupama 22nd April 2024 Written Episode Update starts with Anuj telling Anupama not to blame herself while Anupama asks why people do this when Anuj tells her that gun culture is very evident in society since they do not need any license for it.
He further says that the blame goes to the parents as they play video games where they kill their fellow players for hours and eventually they don’t even realize when they switch from video games to real life. They discuss how they need to take care of the kids since they have been through so much trauma when Anuj sees the doctor.
He goes to her as she tells them that the chances of survival are very rare and Aadya also listens to this. She starts to shout at Anupama asking her what she wants. She further says that when they did not know how to live without her then she left them both and now that they are finally moving on, she has spoiled everything and adds that if anything happens to Shruti, she will kill herself.
Yashdeep is about to enter but thinks that it is not the right time. Aadya keeps shouting at Anupama which leaves her speechless and she backs off while Aadya breaks down into crying. Anuj sees Anupama leaving as the memory of Aadya shouting at her haunts her. In contrast, she also imagines her and Aadya enjoying and bonding.

Meanwhile, Yashdeep tells Beeji that he can’t go inside since it is a family matter and adds that he is there as they might need him. On the other hand, Toshu gets angry for Anupama leaving Pari and Kinjal alone in the house when Kinjal tells him that she herself had asked her to visit the hospital. Toshu says that she should have returned by now as she doesn’t need to stay there for this long.
Kinjal tells him that Anupama was the one to save Pari while Toshu still stays adamant and says that they need her here for their support Kinjal breaks down saying that once again she saved Pari over Aadya and she couldn’t do anything for Pari and Toshu hugs her. In the meantime, Anuj sits with Anupama as she asks him about Shruti and Aadya when he tells her Shruti has been shifted to the ICU while Aadya is taken to the therapist.
He says sorry to her on Aadya’s behalf when she says that it was not her anger but her grief and her reaction is obvious. Anupama asks him to talk about something else when Anuj talks about the time Aadya was trying to bake a cake they laugh about it as Anuj says that it was a perfect moment since they all were together and gets emotional.

Just then, he is being called by a doctor and he goes there with Anupama. The doctor gestures at talking to Anuj alone when Anupama proceeds to leave but he says that she is a family. She tells them that Shruti has fewer chances to survive and even if she does, she will never be able to conceive.
On the flip side, the Shah family reaches India and calls Toshu he tells Vanraj that whatever happened. Meanwhile, Anuj talks to the therapist as she tells him that a patient like her may try to harm herself and asks her to take care of her or else they might lose her.
